Matched Bargain Service

Following the de-listing in 16 January 2012, Tottenham Hotspur shareholders resident in the EEA now have access to a Matched Bargain Service when wanting to dispose of their existing shares or increase their current holding. This service will allow investors to buy and sell Tottenham Hotspur shares off-market confidentially, without needing to have any direct contact with the 'counterparty' and is a mechanism for the exchange of shares where buyers' and sellers' price expectations match.

Please note that as Tottenham Hotspur shares are no longer admitted to trading on a regulated market, there may be a significant delay before any transactions in these shares are completed, as there may not be sufficient demand from buyers or sellers. This also means that it may be difficult to adequately assess the value of any investment in the shares.
